Griff’s Georgetown is seeking proposals for the operation of a retail business (concessions) to operate inside the ice arena.
Proposals should include but not limited to the following;
- Lease payment amount
- Term
- Hours of Operation
- Tentative offering of menu & services
*Final details will be negotiated*
Landlord will be responsible for providing electric, gas, water and payment of property taxes.
